Do you want to begin to learn calisthenics? Our introduction programme gets you started the right way! Covering all aspects you need to to start your calisthenics journey. Mobility, strength and skill components are all combined throughout the sessions to give you the right base upon which to build your calisthenics skills. MOBILITY & HANDSTANDS

Our Mobility & Handstands Programme gives members a chance to look at one aspect of calisthenics and build a base from there. People who are unsure of where or how to start calisthenics when they see the amount of movements it can become overwhelming. This class aims to give you a focus in one particular area so that you have a solid foundation to build from.
