FUNdamentals Programme
Our 4-6 FUNdamentals Programme is designed to teach overall movement patterns to help impove kids of this age with their overall gross motor skills. This a broad class in terms of the movements worked on to better enable children of this age to move functionally to better enable them for sport and physical activity in general. 7-10 Youth Programme
Our 7-10 group is designed to teach calisthenics in a fun and friendly environment! The classes aim to create an enthusiasm for sport from young people and helps them develop exciting new skills and engaging forms of movement!
Classes take place five days a week:
Monday 3:00-4:00pm | 4:00-5:00pm
Tuesday 3:00-4:00pm | 4:00-5:00pm
Wednesday 3:00-4:00pm | 4:00-5:00pm
Thursday 4:00-5:00pm
Friday 4:00-5:00pm
