STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE
Tuesday 7:00 - 8:00pm
Looking to build up endurance and gain new levels of bodyweight strength? Want to learn skills like Muscle-Up?

Statics and Hand Balancing
Wednesday | Thursday 7:00-8:00pm
Want to develop new skills? Finding movements like handstand difficult to hold? Want to develop a new interest in training and find something more engaging than the conventional sets and reps in the gym?
If you are looking to learn static skills like Planche, Front Lever or Back Lever, maybe get comfortable upside down, this is the class for you!
With two options across the week this is the ideal class to get you started.

Looking to find a space that lets you practice calisthenics skills? Don’t necessarily want a class but want to be part of a community setup? Our open gym provides you with the only calisthenics-specific setup in the country!
We have two sessions a week that offer you the chance train alongside like-minded people along with the freedom to utilize the facility enabling you to achieve your own goals!
