On December 9th, 2023, Athletes will showcase their skills, grace, and strength. Get ready to be blown away as these incredible athletes defy the laws of physics and push their bodies to new limits!
Our talented Athletes have perfected their craft, harnessing their bodyweight to perform unimaginable feats of strength and agility. You won't want to miss a second of this spectacular showcase!
Our freestyle event will be an 8 or 16 man tournament. Athletes from Ireland and abroad will compete for the crown! Athletes will have the chance to set Irish records in weighted muscle ups, pull ups and dips! Adults who are still perfecting the art will also have the chance to compete in level 1,2,3 competitions to show off their progress!
