Our online Planche Project contains all the content you need in order to defy gravity and achieve one of the most sought after moves in calisthenics!

What is included in the course?

The course contains online learning materials. Presentations, PDFs, Photos and Video Tutorials to break down all aspects of the movement and provide you with all the content you need. There is over 100 exercises alone to help you see what aspects you need to work on and what areas you are strong. As a coach it is our role to provide as many alternative ways possible to an athlete to discover what movements suit them and how they can progress. In this course we have done that.
